Probably factory made and sold by a departemental store in a fancy box with the makers / retailers name on it. Made around 1900

Hi,

The malformed mark could be a Dutch import duty mark used 1893-1905; a boar's head in a triangle pointed right for small sized items.
See:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=32028
The other small mark a rectangle with cut corners I can not read,

Your number 2 is the 1865 -1905 weight indication mark. These weight indication marks consist of a series of 20, with the numbers 1 to 20. Multiply the number by five to obtain the gross weight in grams. In your case, the chain weight 2x5 =10 gram. These marks give no guarantee by themselves but must always occur in combination with hallmarks or duty marks.
