Napoleon Bonaparte statue not sure if it is french

Hello.
I apologize in advance if this is not french item and if it isn't
please move it to the right forum.

Napoleon statuette, around 19 cm (7.5 inch) in height.
As I am told, it is from 1847. and made from 80-85% pure silver (800/830/850)
but I would like to be sure of that. What can anybody conclude from two
marks found on the base of the statuette ?
