German 12 Loth Silver Spoon 3

Third of 4 German silverware with 12 marks. I'm confident they are 12 Loth silver, but I can't decipher any city/assay marks to verify their silver content. And with it being 12 which was also used on plated items I'd like to know for sure either way. I'm not sure if the hallmarks are the right side up, only basing it on the 12 mark. Its about 8 5/8" long. These marks are really hard to figure out. Its marked 12, then it could be any number of letters or symbols. From one angle it the first symbol looks similar to a bird or a V. So I was thinking maybe French but no bird marks like that. The other symbol could be a B, 6, M, N, W. I really don't know on this one. Any help on this one is appreciated. Thanks
