Small Tree?, Leaf?, or Flower? on Spoon

Hi all,
I have a single silver spoon, approx 8.5" long, marked with a 12 and a small tree, leaf, or flower. I could be going entirely in the wrong direction, but I guessed it's German 12 loth, but not sure about the other mark. I've looked at various references with no luck.
Any ideas?
