German spoon? Marked '13 AR'

Not sure where this is from, unusual style and is made from 813 silver, it's marked '13' and 'AR' the 13 is hatched as you can just see in the photo. It's quite a light spoon and the fiddle is quite thin. I doubt it's got much age as the punch marks seem quite refined but hopefully somebody will recognise where it's from.
