European Crown on Clover hallmark - Tea/Coffee service

I am looking for information about the hallmark (presumably German). The hallmark comprises an "800" silver mark, 3-point Crown, and 3-leaf Clover. No other marks.

A Roccoco Coffee & Tea service, it has both tea & coffee pots, sugar bowl, creamer and tray. Our family initially aquired the set in the German sector of pre-1916 Poland. Each of the pieces have elaborate repousse, dipicting "dancing at court" on one side. Sample is of the creamer.
