I put it in this section because the hallmarks seem german to me but I was not able to find any corresponding city (Dusseldorf? Berlin?...)

well, I am up to my max picture resolution... It represents a Cross, an anchor with a dot on top and a Lion or a bear with a crown...
I'll try to send other pictures with higher res.

There is also a minerva french mark (probably added later).
