Help to Identify German makers mark

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help with the makers mark on this German silver table top snuff box modelled as what I would describe as a Swiss Alpine house.Hopefully if we can get the maker it will assist with the date.

That is the mark of Martin Mayer, Mainz and Pforzheim.

Do you know what his working period was to get an age for the piece?

Mayer produced before WW I in Historismus and Jugendstil. If later on, I don't know.
