help with marks on this small fork pls

Dear all

These photographs are of a 6" inch fork weighing 26.1g. I have acquired this as a set of 6 forks and 8 coffee/demitasse spoons and assume this to German in origin because of the crescent and 800, although I have usually seen is in an order reverse to what is on this fork. I have not been able to date it and cannot find the maker.

Your help will be much appreciated.
