I have a jewlerry box. Marked 835. Maker: S.JF. (Looks like JF swingeld together).

Any Idea who made it? Engraved on the bottom of box 1934.

Hi Nilchen,

I would assume so, all the facilities were to be found locally. I doubt it would have been cheaper to import such pieces at that time.

If you use the search facility in the top right hand corner, I think there are a couple of other posts relating to Johann Franz jr.
