What do you think about this hallmarks coming from a pair of candleholders?

My opinion is it could be german silver dated from the 16-17th century from Luneburg. And you? What do you think about?

have You a imige of the Object and a better Image of the hallmark

For me it looks like 19. Century
probably Thuringia?
