German ladle-strainer?

Postby Ubaranda » Mon Sep 17, 2012 4:49 am

Hi all!
This is my second post :-).
I have an old ladle-strainer. I suppose it was made in Germany. One of the hallmarks (second left), a bit like the Flensburg city hallmark, but the rest hallmarks I do not know.

I would be grateful for any help.

Hi Ubaranda

Is there a date on the initials on the ladel? Something like 1850? This would allow to date the strainer.

Kind regards

Jörg

Hi, Theoderich!
Thanks for the interesting information. You think that the marks between "12" and "Frederick" - are the digits 6 and 7? But where is the Stettin city hallmark?
Best regards. Alex.

OK - it is not a 67 - but a CF - in the "hallmark" - CF like Carl (August) Friedrich
