Circular box 3.5`` across the lid, 2.5`` tall. Heavy - gauge silver.
13 Lot
Maker’s mark is very clear: C.NAHRATH
The second mark is most probably town mark in full lettering;
Legible letters: …SELDO….
S for sure
E probably F
L probably I
D for sure
O for sure
The mark is longer than legible letters — must have been a few letters both in front and after legible letters. On the other hand,there is something at the beginning that does not look like a letter and not in line with the rest (red arrow);probably town mark followed by full lettering.
Btw. I think C.Nahrath is not registered in Rosenberg.
The box could be from Schlesien, Ostpreußen, Posen or Galizien, in this order; but the provenance does not mean much. Still, posted in German silver;ehemalige deutsche Gebiete anyway.

My God, thank you so much; spent hours and hours searching in Deutsches Reich and the fact it was brought from Poland misled me.
Vielen Dank und schöne Grüße

13 Loth was not very common in the north or east of Germany
but it was very common in the south west
