I would like to find out any information on this piece, I know it is German. I am not sure of the city and I would love to know the maker and date.

Hello, this looks looks like a fruit-stand or flower-stand. Maker is Deyhle. See German marks on this page.
German Hallmarks
Probably made around 1905/10. Best wishes, Bahner
