the number 13 is the silver content (13 Loth = 750/1000) in use before 1886 in Germany and Austria.

Sorry for correction Zolotniki, 13 Lot means 812,5/1000 silver.
12 Lot would be 750/1000.
But i guess you just switched the numbers (Zahlendreher..), happens.
