Need help with this item buyed in germany dont know from where it is but the hallmark it very strange
it was on bottom on the item and very very small have took picture with 60 x lupe

If this "mark" is in the middle of the base then it is most probably not a hallmark but just the center point of the metal forming process on a turning lathe.
I think your item is silverplated
I suggest to clean it. Hallmarks on silver plated items are often very light or fine. Maybe you find a mark after cleaning. Also, if there is no mark at all assume it is plated.

Seems so it is plated have done and havent found anything but it Got Very very fine shine
