German Silver cup

Hello every one
i have few days before buyed this cup in a market of old things flea markt or we say in german Flohmarkt
i dont know what kind of hallmark it is and on which kind of position thats why i took pictures from all angles so that if any one know can help me around it and its age...

are You sure, that it is silver from Germany?
It looks like silver plated from french. [ 6g] - silver

and i have tested already with stone and silver solution
another thing the one picture have not came so good here when i looks with lupe it looks like a bird and sometimes like horse also but half side of hallmark is no more clear and lost thats why i dont know what it really is.......
but is silver prooved but only now trying for its age with its hallmark

and one more thing is
the number is 09 of may be 60 but wether 6 or 9 they are big and this 0 is small...
have cleaned and made clear also and it is a ''o'' small but not G or g like used in french silver plate......
