HI !!!!Here is a fork I think that it is German silver but i'm not sure silver mark 12 loth and maker mark is I.F.K and C can cofirmer you to me thank you very much

the city mark is Königsberg and T is year mark.
The prick engravement - could you show a picture of it?

E and G Hay was lloyds agents as late as 1904
