Postby zilverik » Sun Aug 07, 2011 9:22 am

Hi,

This is a German chamberstick, but I have not found the town and maker. Anyone who knows?

Regards,

Zilverik

Hallo Theoderich,

Thank you very much. I looked it up in Rosenberg and the mark fits well with Beschauzeichen 18 - 19 Jahrhundert, number 4626. But that number has a "Q" and this one looks not like a Q. In what book I could look for the master? Also to find a more exact date?

Regards,

Zilverik

Hi Theoderich,

Thank you very much for your information.
In my opinion around the beginning of the 19e century (1810-1829) could very well be. Unfortunally the makersmark is not clear enough, so we will not know for sure.

Regards,
