identification of spoon

hello, i'm having a problem identificating this item. it is 800 silver spoon, it was made or more likely reseled by j.h.werener but can't be sure when was that. would apreciate any info bout it. also having problems reading marks and was unable to find what that "R" logo represents. hope u can give me some insight...

Werner is the name of the jeweller in Berlin, who sold the item. The spoon was made by Wilkens founded 1810 in Bremen/Germany after 1888. The initial with the crowned R shows that a former owner was a baron.
