Help with small cup

I found this lovely small two handled cup recently and can't seem to find the maker. Maybe I missed it, but I looked several times.. any ideas?? thanks!

Hi Kalo,

The mastermark is not clear to me. The bucket was made in Germany after 1888 (moon, crown, 800) and there is in importmark from Austria-Hungaria used betwee 1891 and 1901. See Tardy.

The small "c" at upper left of Import mark would also mean imported to Prague?

Sorry for responding that late. Yes, as far as I know that would be Praque. But I am not an expert on this subject.
