Niello Like Demitasse Spoons

Here are a couple spoons that are probably another pretty long shot as far as any kind of identification goes, but I thought I'd give them a try anyway.
They are so small that it appears there wasn't enough room on them to get the maker's or manufacturer's mark stamped completely. The subject says niello like just to play it safe because to be honest I don't know the difference between genuine niello and an imitation of niello. Thank you in advance for any comments.

Hi Silverly

the makers mark ist the mark on the left of the "800". Koch & Bergfeld, Bremen.
On the right of the "800" are a small half moon and the crown for German Silver after 1886.

Jörg, thank you very much. They're a really nice looking pair of spoons, so it seemed even more appropriate to try to learn something about them.
