I have not been able to find this particular mark. The tongs are marked "GERMANY 241/8" on the inside. On the top outside they are marked "800" with a possible crown and crescent moon. I am guessing it is German after 1886 - however all the examples on this site seem to also include a manufacturer mark as well as the 3 marks I just listed. Any insight appreciated! Thank you.
