Dear forum members
please help me identify the maker of this spoon. From the style, the markings and the weight I assume a date around 1850. It is marked with "13" and "J.Siebler. See the pictures.
I think it is either German or Swiss.
It is a tea spoon and weights 11 grams
Any help is welcome
