Maker Marks for [CH] and [DIETRICH]

These 2 spoons have the same monogram. The [CH] is possibly Charles Hequembourg Jr born in France 1760, of Hartford CT and New Haven, CT 1790-1809 and 1809-1822. I found another spoon identical to mine and it was listed as - "The pattern is Austro-Hungarian from the late 18th century found in Frankfurt-am-Maine in Germany and Arad in Northern Romania, part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire at that time."
The only silversmiths I could find named [Dietrich] were in Vienna, Austria circa 1830.
I'm having trouble attaching pictures so I hope I will get one posted.
