German maker?

Postby joho » Thu Dec 30, 2010 12:09 pm

Hi - Can anyone help identify the maker of this bell shaped beaker that I think dates from around 1800. Makers mark IM, and another mark which has the shape of a late Augsburg punch, but cannot see what is inside the stamp. Many thanks John

Thank you Theoderich - this has been puzzling me for a few years, so I am pleased it is now resolved. Looking more closely at the date letter, I think it could be N for 1827? Do you know what dates Mussmann was active? Thanks again John
