identify maker and period

please help to identify Maker and Period of this centrpiace. Its length 66 cm . on 2 legs identical hallmarks: mooncrecent-crown-800-and "I.P"?

First of all this is an amazing piece!
I do not have helpful information on the manufacturer, however this is a classic "jugendstil" (german art nouveau) period item, especially for the handles and therefore estimated in the early 1900, up to WW1.
I am pretty sure it used to have adecorated glass part that would fit inside the centerpiece, pity it is not present.

I WOULD LIKE TO FIND WHERE CAN A CRYSTAL GLASS TO FIT SUCH AN OBJECT CAN BE BOUGHT?

This may be very hard to find, if possible at all, mostly due to the very unusual size. I suppose if someone would sell them, it would be for a complete set in the first place.

If you would like to see at least how it would look like, try searching string "JUGENDSTIL WMF" in eBay Germany (www.eBay.de). You may find such items, usually smaller (~35 cm wide) form the top manufacturer WMF.
