need help for maker's mark and date

Hello everyone,
Another inkwell which is puzzle for me. I just know it is German Silver.
Can anyone help ?

Hello, it is the mark of Theodor Mueller, Weimar. The workshop executed many designs by the Belgian artist H. van de Velde.But this seems not to be one of those. Best wishes, Bahner

Hello, could be anything between ca. 1900 and the Thirties. I have no clue. Best wishes, Bahner
