Maker and origin of this Box ?

Hi,
This is a small silver box whose length is 58 mm and weight 65 g, with a cast lid showing a man with two geese in his arms and a gilt interior. Here are two pictures :

There are two hallmarks located on the bottom. The crossed keys mark seems to be the city mark for Liegnitz (see http://www.925-1000.com/Fgerman_marks_b1884_3.html.
The other mark could then be the maker's mark. It looks like a dog head.

Could someone confirm this origin and help identifying this maker ?
Thanks in advance,
Dinio
