What is the mark?

Hi, dear friends. I am sure that my item from Germany. But I cannot "reade" the mark "w" in the oval. What do this letter stand for? Thank you in advance.

Shown mark is a bad struck maker's mark of »Christoph Widmann, Pforzheim« - a company who still exist, and is specialised in this kind of cutlery.

There exist a short time ago published book on this kind of producers, especially of roses pattern. Christoph Widmann is there detailled described to.
