Thanks to any and all who can help ID this mark :"900" followed by a crescent moon, crown, and five-point star.
This is from a spoon set that consists of a large serving spoon and 10 very small ones, reminiscent of demi-tasse spoons.
The length of the large spoon in 8 inches.
Only the large spoon is marked.
From what I could discern on this site, the hallmark is German.
