I have a Sterling salt spoon I can't identify the maker

Postby smile41 » Sun Jan 24, 2010 11:05 am

I have a salt spoon and salt cellars. The spoon is marked Sterling with what looks like an A B on the hallmark and the salts are marked Somme 800 with a hallmark. I would appreciate any help with identification as well as the pattern on the spoon.

Hi,

Looks like you have a made up set.

The spoons are American, Rogers, Lunt & Bowlen Co., with a reversed Patent tag.

The salt cellers are German. I'll move the post there for more info.
