French silver marks?

I have bought two items, you can see in the photos the marks, I think they are strange. I need you help me to indetify this marks I think they are french, but now I'm not sure.
Please I need you help me to confirm if is sterling solid silver or silverplate.

Believe they are pseudo marks used by Georg Roth of Hanau.

It's silver, I believe the standard varied depending on which country it was being exported to.
