Hi R ingo,
In Wolfgang Scheffler "Goldschmiede Niedersachsens" (1965) the master "H" is unknown # 117 (Meister H), but he was active in the 19th century.
The town mark with three stars (actually, Sporenräder in German) used by him is # 1932, and the maker's mark H is #1933.
Scheffler speculates that the master could be either Johan Conrad Hicken #104, born in 1807, married in 1835 and mentioned as active as late as in 1869 (Two known maker's marks; "Hicken in a square" and "Hicken above the stars, almond shape") or Hinrich Herman Heinricy # 106 ("Heinricy in a square"), born in 1805 in Verden, citizen in Norden as a gold- and silver worker and an engraver in 1837. He died before 1846. His widow married in 1846 another silversmith Johann Heinrich Bockemeyer # 108.
I have also noted that there is a Georg Friedrich Hinrichs # 105 mentioned in 1836 as a journeyman (Silberschmiedegeselle).
Hope this helps,
Best regards/JAKJO
