Can anyone assist me in identifying the origin of these marks?

Hi and welcome to the forum,

To me it looks like a plate in the baroque style made in Germany perhaps in Hanau around 1900.

I am not sure that this is a correct interpretation of the maker's mark, but I read the letters as ALBA and below the letter H(anau), but I can´t find a suitable manufacturer.

As a matter of fact it resembles a lot the jewellry maker Levinger & Bissinger's of Pforzheim maker's mark.

Best regards/ JAKJO
