unknown town mark with a mermaid

I have a spoon with a mermaid in the town mark, the makers name Lilpon (?) and a 12.
Knows someone these town mark? Could it be Warsaw ?

Hi,

I would like to add one little correction. The mark showing mermaid was used by Lilpop as his workshop's mark. In this case it's not the city mark. City mark also showed mermaid but it looked slightly different. Lilpop just took this mark in a later period and used it as his own maker's mark.
