Small German ? beaker

Hi - can anyone help identify this small beaker or tumbler cup. It is 2 inches high and 2.7 inches in diameter. It has snakeskin decoration typical of late 17c or early 18c. Unfortunately there is no townmark, but makers mark appears to be IBK, stamped twice. I am suggesting it may be German, but I may well be wrong on this.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

John
