a problem with year-letters from Braunschweig (Brunswick)

Hello,
I have a question about the year-letters from Braunschweig (Brunswick). In Rosenberg the letter A is for 1698-1710. I have a spoon with an A, but the city mark and the spoon looking much younger.
Can someone help me?

Hello, letter A is in use again ca. 1818-1834, JE is Johan Julius Elias Eickenroth (Eickenroht), born 1777, master since 1805, died 1845. Best wishes, Bahner
