unknown german citty mark, who can help me

I am new here and I have a question about a german citty mark that I never have seen before. The Makers' Mark ist ICD. I hope, that someone can help me.

Hello, this is the city mark of Münster in the Westfalen region of Germany. ICD is Joseph Christoph Deppenbrock, born at the end of 1778 or the beginnig of 1779, master since ca. 1809, died 1852. Best wishes, Bahner
