silver 3 piece coffee set

i have a 3 piece silver tea-coffee set with hallmark 935 yes 935 with the letters LJ after 935.
have searched google and all books but cannot id.
any help appreciated.
could be the 1970s but also has an Arts & Crafts look to it. I am inclined to think it is Scandinavian - Norway only requires makers to use the standard mark and maker's marks - most of the others have their own national stamp to accompany it

I continue to search to put a name maker to this set. It is a puzzle that I am unable to solve.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can't help with a maker, but would suspect, perhaps, German rather than Scandinavian.
