Help with this German spoon

Hi - at least i think it looks German, but don't know. Stamped Boris Hoff or is the Rorishoff, and with a faded two letters that look like the could be CR, but I cant be sure. Spoon is a large teaspoon. Any info on maker, period or country, city of origin appreciated. Many thanks Frank

I think it is Borishoff from Elbing - about 1870-90.
