Is this a Elbing city mark ?
Any more information on dates or A. Motschmann appreciated.

Hello, city is Marienwerder in former Western Prussia. A. Motschmann was active there around 1850 (give or take a decade). Currently nothing else seems to be known about him. Best wishes, Bahner

now it is called "Kwidzyn"
