Vintage Crystal and Silver Collared Ashtray

Hi and many thanks to anyone that maybe able to help with the identification of these hallmarks.

The item is a crystal ashtray with a silver collar attached.

The marks appear to be something, then a crown with three points then the number 800 followed by the letters HB joined together.

The maker is Hermann Behrnd in Dresden, founded in 1881.
