I'm not sure - the centre Mark looks like the Mark of the german town MÃ¼hlhausen.

Suggest that you polish the area of the marks and post a new & larger image of it. Suspect it is a silverplate piece.

It is MÃ¼lhausen in France (Elsass)

- not MÃ¼hlhausen in Germany(ThÃ¼ringen)
