Help with Silver Hallmark - Think it's German

Could someone please help with what this hallmark is. I believe it's German but not sure. Any idea what Company may have made it?

Pretty worn, but I believe those are pseudomarks used by Storck & Sinsheimer of Hanau, Germany.
