Need Help Identifying French Hallmarks

Hi,

I have what I think are French hallmarks on this lovely beaded purse. Would anyone recognize them - please excuse the fuzziness of the smaller mark, but it was very difficult to photograph. The second mark has the numbers 80 and 81 on either side of it. Are these silver plate marks or silver marks? Any help would be appreciated!

Hello, the small mark looks like a French import mark. The maker is German. See here
