Help needed for origin and age of this 'German' bowl

Hello,
I have a small silver bowl which looks rather old but for which I cannot identify neither the origin nor the maker and age.

The bowl is 12cm in diameter and weighs 150 gr, It is decorated with repousse flowers and crowns and has a rather old style (presumably before 1800).

It bears a tremolirstrich, 4 marks underneath and a French import mark of a swan.

Because of the presence of the tremolirstirch I think it could be German (or central European) in origin. For the moment I think it could be from Breslau C1740, but without a very good fit with the town mark (the W letter), and with lot of doubts about the date letter.
And if W and D are a town mark and a date letter, one of the 2 other marks should be the maker mark. But what could be the last one? An assayer mark? It looks strange to me to have 4 marks on German silver. But if not German from where could it be?

Any help for solving this identification problem will be greatly appreciated.
