Berlin, 1819-1842. Although the maker's mark is not illustrated in Scheffler's definitive Berliner Goldschmiede, the likeliest candidate is Gottfried Ludwig Wilm (1746-1829), Master 1767: founder of the prestigious Wilm firm of German royal silversmiths. I note, however, that this "GLW" mark appears to be overstriking another - not an uncommon practice with prominent makers with large retail shops (like Wilm) who out-sourced work out to smaller makers in order to meet demand.
