Hello everybody! I have this ring bought by my grandfather when fights in WWII, in the battle of Berlin this ring was bought. I would like to know what these marks mean.

Hi,
It is 18 karat gold (18ct = .750 or 75% gold in the alloy).
The mark on the left is maker`s mark (A.A initials); its form is very suggestive of Austria.
The stone is most likely a brilliant cut diamond; they are always set in white gold (or at lest its setting) to avoid yellowish tint of yellow gold.
Regards

The numbers on the left are irrelevant. Sometimes they indicate diamond carat size, but not here as far as I can decipher.

Internal workshop numbers, inventory number, design or whatever not relevant.
03 in the end could be carat value (stone size of 0.30 carats) but just guessing; every jeweler will easily determine the size (its diameter should be 4.5 mm if it`s 0.30 carats).
regards
