Hi,
Images embedded; marks rotated, too.
U3 is probably too early for Sweden and Finland 1877 can also be excluded; example of Finland gold mark 1874 (bellow) is completely different.

Is number 9 for 9 K gold ?
Image of the whole brooch might shed more light.

From the looks of the brooch i dont think 1800s actually looks too far out.
it does look victorian era in its style and the aging on the brooch and the pearls would suggest it is definitely an old piece

this is the entire brooch

Did Sweden and Finland have a minimum fineness for gold? ::: Is it possible that this is 9K gold and the hallmarks are just pseudo hallmarks meant to imitate either Sweden or Finland because 9K lies outside the minimum fineness required for official assay marks? ::: Just a theory ::::
